Just ordered a new JL myself. I've done lots of research myself on the steering. New to the JL is the electric power steering pump over the traditional belt driven pump. I've heard that some Unlimited Wranglers steering pumps came programmed incorrectly from the factory. They came programmed as a 2 door and not the 4 door. You could ask the dealer to flash the PCM to make sure you are getting the correct power steering assist from the pump. Good luck

try the steer smart bracket instead of the synergy and adjust your steel toe.

So did you get an alignment? I would adjust the steering gear box there are 5 youtube videos on it and it is easy to do.

I owned a Grand Cherokee and had issues with it. Not the same, but issues none the less. I had to write off Jeep. Never again with Jeep. I went to a Porsche Cayenne. Take a look. Based on your previous cars... You will love it!

Maybe you should wear a trucker cap and flanel shirt while driving the jeep because everyone I see wearing em have always bragging about how their jeep drive perfectly on and off road

Is this a 2020 or older? I know in 2021 they changed to a steel steering box.

Yeah I think it's time to sell this could be a sign in the beginning at least that's how I feel if I bought a new car and I was having this many issues you shouldn't dread driving your car especially a new one seen your videos and your path cars you seem too happy with them I've lived in San Diego especially if you going down to 163 ports Fashion Valley speeds get high real fast as you're nearing the 8 the last thing you want as for vehicle that wanders all over the road and has really bad steering sensitivity.

Same issue on my 2019 rubicon. I love the look hate the steering and the way it drives. I wish they fixed this. Sad that even after you replaced the steering box your still left with a car that drives shit for all that money. I wish I would’ve gone with something else
