I understand that Camply is a platform where non English speakers can connect with native English speakers and develop their English skills.

BUT, how does Cambly confirm if a tutor is a native English speaker? I noticed there isn't a place for you to upload your passport or birth certificate when submitting your application

Hi Molly, I want to apply as a tutor on Cambly kids. I have no teaching certifications and experience but I'm a native English speaker and I have a Bachelor's degree. I don't know what to say on my introduction video, all the videos I have watched for ideas, no one has my kind of situation. Any ideas please?

One more question, because I'm not on FB and can't join those groups! I like to provide rewards in addition to the stars to encourage the CK kids and typically use color print outs and stick them to a magnetic board. What about digital rewards? I have an app that has pics and quick games like tic tac toe. They can pick the numbers and I tap them. Am I able to hold up my phone to show the student and interact with them? Or would it be against any policy to be using my phone to show them the digital rewards during the lesson?

If a parent books a CK class with you, and you respond and choose "I can't make it". Does that count as a class cancellation?

HELP- hi there, I've been on Cambly for over a year and last week I inadvertently deleted my account. I had rating of 4.9 well over a thousand hours (I have no idea how many) and I had regular students. I emailed help and got a reply saying it was irrevocable. So I reapplied using new email, new profile etc etc and asked on the only email i had if it could be expedited as I've been on Cambly over a year. She said "no". (I have to admit I am disappointed I didn't get so much as "That stinks we'll get your new id active" etc...but that's a different story.) Do you know of anyone that can help me? I hate that my students have no idea what happened to me. I've been with some of them for almost the whole year. I was actually on the Cambly app notifying a student via the chat that i was stuck by a train and wasn't going to make it back to my house for our class when I hit the wrong button. I'm afraid she thinks i was hit by the train or something. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. THANKS
