The airhose up the arse happened at my dads work back in the 70s. One guy did it to another for a laugh and KILLED him! I worked in Engineering with CNCs, lathes and airlines and my dad explained just how dangerous they can be to mess around with. I NEVER forgot his story and can't believe this is the exact same thing he described!

That second case is so incredibly brutal. What an absolutely horrific way to go and all because of some careless horseplay.

I worked for a safety company using the same kind of air hoses. We were warned numerous times not to point the hoses at any body part as they could literally blow a hole in your skin! I can’t imagine having one blown up someone’s rectum! What’s worse, the supervisors are to stop this kind of horseplay, not engage in it!

I think the man in the car probably panicked and couldn’t think clearly enough to find the information he needed to save himself. Everyone has different responses in an emergency, but it’s important to keep as calm as possible.

The poison hotel story didn't mention that grandpa totally saved little Molly's life by taking her to her mom's room in the middle of the night. Bless him. That's a pretty horrendous way to go.

When my mom bought her ford focus, the salesman showed her where the emergency latch was for the trunk. Even though its in the manual, he said thats important info to check that the customer knows before they drive off. And i agree. All salesman should do that. We'd have less of these instances.

Just a friendly reminder to keep a glassbreaker with you at all times. It can save a life.

In HS woodshop we were told not to blow the dust off of our clothes with the compressor hose. Well one day some of the boys in class decided to hose off because it was homecoming and they wanted to look good, and he blew his eye out of it's socket and it was just dangling there by a thread. Our teacher had to call an ambulance and rode with him to the hospital and we had to join the other shop class. He did end up losing his eye, and I can still picture it just hanging there.

James situation reminds me of 2 life lessons my dad taught me as a teenager.

1. NEVER leave a living being (or plants) in a locked car on a summer day. He had an employee who tragically killed their child by forgetting him in a hot car. If you never leave anything alive in the car, it becomes something impossible to accidentally do. Dog, person, nothing should be left in a car unless you're in it.

2. Read my owners manual to any vehicle I purchase. That was more to take better care and maintenance of my vehicles, but also things like the trunk release could save a life.

Such a sad story 😞

For the septic one, the father made a grave mistake, hydrogen sulfide gas is generated by fecal matter and rotting stuff. That stuff is especially lethal in enclosed space(septic tank). An avoidable tragedy...condolences to the family.

That poor wife who found her husband in the sauna😢My mother found my dad after he died but thankfully he looked peaceful and like he was asleep (she thought he was at first). I can’t imagine having to find your husband after basically being cooked alive…may he rest in peace💙

My dads an engineer and I worked for him as a teenager, he warned me not to mess around with compressed air guns so I always took them seriously. Apparently they can blow air bubbles into your bloodstream if you get them close to your skin, and that can obviously be fatal. I've never heard of something like this though, I don't even understand how the air got so cleanly inside him, did he point the thing straight up the the kids arse?

In my opinion, the number one aspect on youtube that can make or break a channel is the narrator. The second aspect is the writing. This channel is top notch all the way around.

As for the septic tank deaths.Exactly the same happened to a family in Poland in 2014. The death toll was 7 with one person transported to the nearest hospital in a critical condition. This person survived. The tragedy impacted two families and as a result of parents' death two children lost their mum and dad and three children lost the dad.Two first responders and a fireman were also hospitalised but came out unscathed. What killed them was inhalation of the hydrogen sulphide present in the tank.

The second one bothers me because it was a supervisor that did it. I work in a factory too and we have those air hose things, it's an automatic write up if you're seen playing around with them.

Whenever I buy a new car, as soon as I get home I read the owner’s manual. My husband makes fun of me but as the second story showed it’s a good idea to be familiar with the car.

That last story about the family that drowned in the septic tank truly sickens me it also reminds of when you covered the Japanese Septic Tank case Ryan and the outhouse scene from Sleepaway Camp 2

The dream car story, 1) panic is probably the fatal factor. The term "idiot proofing" doesn't always mean intelligence. Sometimes it really factors in panic. That's why most modern Exit signs are now "green for safety" lots of people got confused with the old "red signs." Especially tourists to the USA.

2) lots of people carry "car glass" breaking devices. Mostly used to escape a car crashed in water. But it would of helped here.

I'm not victim blaming. Panic/age/bad car design made this tragic death.

"They all drowned in the poo"... man this is absolutely heartbreaking and grim but I at least got a chuckle out of that.. I guess that's kinda morbid
