Sure, here’s a simple recipe for beef stir-fry:

Ingredients:

• 1 lb beef (sirloin or flank steak), thinly sliced
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
• 1 tablespoon sesame oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1 bell pepper, sliced
• 1 cup broccoli florets
• Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, marinate the sliced beef with soy sauce and oyster sauce for 15-20 minutes.
2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
3. Add marinated beef to the skillet, cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add sliced onion, bell pepper, and broccoli florets to the skillet, stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. Serve hot over cooked rice. Enjoy your beef stir-fry!
