Just purchased the 9s+ series. GREAT PURCHASE. I have a double coat heavy shedding dog, live on a lake with lots of traffic in and out of house. It has vacuumed twice and mopped once. Wonderful job. Other than figuring out how to get the vacuum and the Brava jet mop to talk to each other, rename cleaning commands and how to clean the filter, I am wonderfully pleased with the purchase. Cons/Needs:
1) Clear instructions re: cleaning the filter. I would like to see someone rinsing the filter and rinsing the inner canister that holds the filter. It is concerning to rinse something so expensive without visual demonstration from the company 2) Clear step-by-step on how to rename a 'scheduled item'. Example: I typed in 'Quick Clean Living Room'; the end result from the robot was 'Clean Quick Clean'. The end result is I have to say: Siri: Clean Quick Clean Living room. Awkward. I am still trying to figure out how to delete and start over. 3) The menu flow doesn't seem rationale or easy to navigate and missing simple explanation as above 3) The one year guarantee is a little short for such an expensive item though. I am not a fan of extended warranties.

After Tap against trashcan, use the vacuum cleaner. Best way to clean.

Worst purchase ever. Didn't get to complete one cleaning job without error 31. Paid over $1000 for a piece of garbage that wasted so much of my time! I still use my 600 series Roomba as this one never cleaned anything!!!

iRobot is the worst company with the worst product. ZERO customer support. Multiple calls to troubleshoot issues, yet never any results. Then they blame YOU. I wouldn't even recommend to my worst enemy.
