I loved both boxes. Great to see the variety. However, I’m going with Silver because at the tail end they gave us the chance to see that 1st edition Lugia. Such an iconic card. Loved the video!

This series is so much fun to watch considering I played and opened up all these games and packs every year they came out. I loved silver as a child and have played it over and over again growing up. In my 30s now and I play with my wife daughter and son and has brought us so much closer as we all really enjoy sitting there opening packs and playing the games. Thank you for the nostalgic memories man.

Great video! I would say Gold took the W. I also love the fact that that copy of Pokémon Gold's "stamp" on the cover is 20, just like the copy I had growing up. Would love to see a Ruby vs Sapphire, eventually.... but the rarity and price of EX packs, that might be tough. Either way, pats on back to all the Hartsquad.

I got into pokemon i suppose quite later than others but watching my brother grow up with pokemon and all of their games made me want to get involved too. I remember playing pokemon silver in later years and i absolutely adore the game, so many joyful memories and nostalgia were brought up watching this video. So for me definitely the silver box takes the cake! Plus the pulls were amazing (:

can’t get over those cartridges! i was always a silver girl growing up, but gold won me over in this video. i think it was ultimately how cute that ho-oh plush is!

Gold wins, because the reason I bought the gold game boy game was because in the first episode (I Choose You) of Pokémon the cartoon Ash sees Ho-Oh. I rented these videos from my library and fell in love with Pokémon. Thank you Leonhart for sharing all of the love of Pokémon, so all of us young and old can have these amazing memories.

This one was difficult for me since I didn't get to play those games until Heart Gold and Soul Silver were released, but I'm gonna go with Silver on this one!
