When creating this app, like when you get to the "create app" step, does Power Apps create this in a solution automatically? (e.g., the new dataverse table along with the app in a prenamed or defined solution?)

In the excel I have twelve months columns and one additional column as a category. I have 4 category values, first two category as data entry and other category as calculations based on first two entered data. I want user to enter data like in excel. Do you have solution for that.
