Please get some sound-dampening tiles!
The correct name for the support poles are buttresses.
Does the WiFi actually work on this Creality printer?

Definitely like how they have routed and secured the wiring, makes the printer look a lot cleaner.

bought one 4 weeks ago from Microcenter. It set up quick and was very to use made good prints for about 100-150 hrs then it started to y-shift. It was still under return window so I took it back, I liked it so much I wanted a replacement not a return. Go the last one they had and again it set up great again and first 4 prints about 60 hrs worth things were perfect. Then started a 50 hour build and 16 hr in it started a Y-shift. I was asleep when this started and it moved about .5" - in y then started going straight again. This however was last day of my return policy so I took it back to get my money back. Not sure Creality vetted this for endurance printing. There also was no extra bed. and my second one only had one spool bracket. Hopefully they fix this problem. I will buy another if they can guaranty I do not get Y layer shifts again.

Did you have a hard time lining up the holes to screw the gantry to the base? What did the extra build sheet come in? I didn't see an extra one in mine. I bought one just under a month ago and had to replace the hot end and after I hooked it all up again it tried to push the nozzle through the build plate. Even after I manually set the height it went right back to doing that. Had to disassemble it and send it back. Hoping the new one doesn't give me as many problems. Wish Elegoo had one that was this size. I really like the Neptune 4, but it's pretty small. I read their biggest has had problems too.

Machine looks fantastic and prints really nice. This may be my ignorance showing, but... why doesn't Creality mount the filament sensor on a bracket above the print head, with enough space between the heating element and sensor to grab onto? Wouldn't that save some filament once the spool runs out, at least?

Hello, I have also bought the CR-M4, but I haven’t been able to achieve the print quality I want. The printer has a 0.8 nozzle installed. I’ve tried Creality Slicer, Creality Cloud, etc., but couldn’t get a proper result. Could you share the slicer and profile you use?

Bambu Lab X1 Carbon V.S. Prusa XL V.S. Creality M4... Thoughts?

It is too bad they don't do the Prusa idea of being able to just heat sections of the bed when doing smaller prints.

I was hoping to see it run to see how loud it was.

How about putting the filament in. And how about showing the movement on Y access. It’s not clear in manual how tense it should be, would be good to see how it should be in action. Literally the two things I wanted a setup video to see lol

Great Presentation, thank you for sharing 👍👍👍
How do you set up a 1 ml nozzle to this printer?
Where did you buy this printer and how much did you pay for it? Thank you

jeez. 450x450 bed slinger, thats going to have to print slow out of necessity, also a practical demonstration of why the Prusa XL is using multiple small heating zones on the heat bed so you don't effectively have a space heater that happens to also print things. Interesting entry by Creality and great video.

Why cr-m4 is double the price of the kobra max. What are the big diff. Not sure if should buy 2 kobra max instead of 1 cr-m4

Was hoping the video wouldn’t be assuming so much 3-D printing experience. Maybe you have to be an advanced user, you said “the usual“ and stuff like that a lot. This will be my first printer so a lot of the stuff you skipped over as boring would’ve been useful to have more detail.

Sounds like you and the cameraman do a lot of 3-D printing, is that who this video was for?

OK now I understand why you have no comments because you don't know what your talking about. Hell I know very little but more than you in ten minutes I'm sure. 5:03 I'm out of here.

This is quite possibly one of the worst 3d printers I've ever bought at this price point.
