Nashville-based producer & engineer Sean Power from The Hilson Studio, guitarist Chris Condon (Billy Ray Cyrus, Blanco Brown, Gayle, James Droll, Logan Mize and Jon Mullins), & bassists Travis Dykes explore the features & range of control that the Pedal76 has to offer.

Pedal76 accurately reproduces one of the fastest and most powerful studio compressors of all time, known for having ultra-fast attack and release and adding sweet analog tone to any source. Just like in the studio, Pedal76 has Attack & Release, Ratio, and Input controls, critical for taming unwanted changes in volume on stage.

Backed by over 10 years of expertise delivering premium, award-winning studio compression with the Warm Audio WA76, the Pedal76 is capable of bringing out the wide range of legendary compression tones from subtle to hard-limiting as favored by celebrated artists such as Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Periphery, Jack White and many more.

To achieve authentic 76-style FET compression, Pedal76 is built with an all-analog circuit and premium components, including a custom CineMag USA transformer. Spec’d to duplicate the professional performance of the studio units, this transformer adds rich harmonic content, and, in high gain mode, a bit of audible overdrive reminiscent of the most prized studio originals.

Pedal76 features gig-ready controls like an external switch for true/buffered bypass, ensuring the compressor plays nice in your rig. Switches for input sensitivity, ground/lift, pad and high/low gain modes (both for DI operation) provide added utility at gigs or in the studio. The separate (DI) out also sends a balanced signal to any mixer or live recording rig.

The sound is absolutely killer! If it were just a bit smaller, I would’ve had it on my board without a second thought…

I have a solo (originals) show next Thursday (Oct 3). I ordered one of these this morning and am really looking forward to using it with my PRS Hollowbody II piezo system. I think it sounds really good for what it is but think the Pedal76 ought to do a really nice job of making it more manageable dynamically and filling out the sound a bit. I ordered before seeing this video. I think I'm going to be really pleased based on what I'm hearing here.

How does it react to vocals and drums if you send that thru it with a reamp box? Can it take line level signal as is as well?

I'd like to hear it on the send/return on a mixer.

Let's hear the pedal first in the signal chain, clean sound.

Anyone else feel like the DI and amp signal sound out of

Not sure who would use this on distorted guitar. Distortion is already compressed like mad. Bass I could see this being useful

The slap tone seems a bit driven in the treble. Exaggerated
