The ultimate song about KISS fans (The KISS Army) friendship and sticking up for friends and family. A great, feelgood song coupled with a slideshow of rare KISS photographs. Not everyday do we get to tell our friends exactly what they mean to us.

1970's: Kiss, Zeppelin, The Who, Bad Co., The Rolling Stones, Jaws, Rocky, original Star Wars and on and on....Growing up in those times were the best.

These photos remind me of the days when I'd go to the pharmacy in the magazine and record section. Everything had KISS splattered all over it. When you were 11 in 1977, you were a KISS fan. There was no way around it.

To watch this and to have lived in the 70s and having had KISS as my driving force, I actually for the first time in a long time felt the MAGIC again. I couldn't wait for the new Hit Parade or Cream to come out with Kiss on the front sleeve. Thank you for making me feel the magic of KISS again, KISS before the bad drama started.

I had that last poster when I was 11 years old, in 1976. The country was celebrating the Bicentennial and so were the members of Kiss.

Thanks for the walk down memory lane. I became a teenager in 1977. My parents were types. I was the oldest of 4 kids and much older than my siblings. Meaning, I had no escape from all that. I listened to songs on the radio as we did not have any kind of music of our own. It would not be a lie to say I was into songs like "The Ballad of Davey Crockett, " or the "Theme Song from the Banana Splits." So when I kid down the street showed me his vinyl lp of KISS Rock and Roll Over and put it on the turntable. My whole life was turned upside down like an asteroid hitting the Earth. In 1977, radio stations where I lived did not play KISS, and if they did it was only "Beth." We were poor and I could not afford a music player, or to buy albums or 8-Track tapes. ( There was not yet cassette tapes nor VHS players ). Nor could I afford magazines. Albums generally cost $ 9 plus tax and double albums were $ 14 plus tax. That was outside my reality. When KISS released "The Originals" set, that was nearly $ 20 plus tax. There was nobody I knew that could afford that, so we just went to the record store and drooled over it. Once a kid got the Originals set, every kid on the block wanted to hang out at his house and listen to it along with reading all the souvenirs included. Those were different times. It would be like a severe recession compared to 2018.

Awesome video, great memories. Kiss was the biggest act in the world in the 70's and I lived through it all. Ace, Peter, Paul and Gene the real deal.

KISS was so much fun in the 70s. This changed considerably in the early 80s and over the next 30 years, my interest was waning here and there, until it was completely dead. However, I loved those early years and thank God we had them.

Sounds like the kind of song you'd hear at the end of a movie when the credits are rolling...

Those were the days. I wasn’t a KISS fan...Yet....in the 70’s or even the 80’s but the 90’s I finally got it and seen them in concert. What a band. They don’t make them like this anymore and they are about done now. But we will always have the mementoes videos and do much they have left for us all to enjoy for forever. 🤘🏻

Brought me back to my childhood and when I bought my first album ever in 1976 when I was ten y/o, Rock N Roll Over. Then saved every penny I could to go back and get the first 4 studio albums and Kiss Alive released before that. Love Gun landed in 1977, and for Christmas in 1978 all I asked for was Kiss Alive II and I didn't care about anything else that day. Spent months listening to it and it set the wheels in motion to be in the Music World by the time I hit my 20s. What a trip down memory lane this clip provided, truly amazing feeling. Rock on forever!

What a fun journey it must have been for them! Lots of memories of old times with my friends, knocking down beers to that music.
