Another great video. You’re a huge resource for this information. The best on Youtube I’ve seen. I have a question about the dress code for the interviews. I just got my lic for P & C and L & H and I’m applying at many of the small independent agencies in my state. I don’t know yet if most of them wear suits. I have noticed that all of the captive agents I’ve ever seen do though (State Farm, Farmers, etc.) Anyway, I don’t know anything about suits, I’ve never had them (I’ve always been a hard-working blue-collar guy). But blazers seem pretty professional and probably more affordable. What do you think about wearing a blazer jacket to interviews with small independent agencies? Probably a No, I’m guessing. But thought I should ask before I shell out big money on suits that I will never use if I don’t land a job in this biz. Thank you very much.
