How To Encrypt Files (Mac Tutorial)

In this video I will be showing you how to make a secure location for private files.
Steps:
WARNING: ALL ACTIONS ARE NOT REVERSIBLE MEANING IF YOU FORGET THE PASSWORD YOU ARE LOCKED OUT. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU GET LOCKED OUT.
Creating the encrypted location
1. Open the application called Disk Utility.
2. Click "New Image" .
3. Name it & give a location.
4. Set the image format to sparse disk image.
5. Give it a password.
Unlock it
6. Open it in its specified location
7. Enter you password
Lock it
8. Drag the white disk image to the trash (so it will eject it)
NOTE: The files you put in it will only be copied not moved. It is recommended to delete the old files and secure empty your trash
