Yes you can do BRRR on HMOs that is what I currently do. Knowledge is key when doing this strategy though but it’s definitely possible!

Hey Samuel, I’m 17 and when I turn 18 I’m going to get a mortgage on a property (more than likely around Liverpool area due to the low prices) however I’m a bit stuck as to what to do after my first property. Once I have the passive income from my first property what can I do from there as I will be at uni and it will be my only income source so I couldn’t afford another property

What would you do if you have 20k and not sure if you should buy a house or invest in services Accomodation or corporate let. However you are currently paying rent and it stresses you out; as you need more cash /money to live comfortably. Thanks hope you answer this👍🏿👊🏿

With having a minimal amount of money & wanting to get in to the property business, would you recommend buying, refurbing (im qualified in tiling & joinery), then selling & slowly build up a profit, so I can then buy to let, etc...

I'm interested in BRRR could I use a buy to let mortgage instead of a bridging loan to buy the property then refinance once the refurb work is complete? If one is better than the other can you explain why? Thanks for all the videos you put up, keep up the hard work you do!

Hi Samuel,
I've got £50000 cash in hand to start investment in property, but I've faced several problems first of all, I wonder how could I buy a BMV property for BTL strategy, since in auction BMV houses end-up much higher than my budget. On the other hand, deal sources usually selling thier refurbished properties and somewhere in the North East which l have heard is not a decent area for investment. Now I stuck!!

Hi Samuel can you explain more about what a second charge on a property is and how to be on a second charge as an investor? I liked your project video with Saj and if im not good at finding at deals i feel i might aswell grow my funding by charging interests of say 10% and fund projects for guys like Saj Hussain for 12 months who like you say are credible investors. Is there a solicitor needed?

Hello samuel,

I have seen your videos on bridging loans and how you use them to buy a property for cash in order to possibly buy it for less. However I get a bit weary when I think about if I my offer got accepted and I then went to apply for a bridging loan and they didn't accept. Would it be better to apply for a bridging loan before you make an offer for a property to make sure you will be accepted or would it be better to make sure your offer is accepted before you apply for the loan.
