Yuan vs dollar: Is Saudi Arabia considering the yuan for oil sales in China?

Saudi Arabia is reportedly considering accepting Chinese yuan as a payment method for oil sales to China. Will it put a dent in the US dollar’s global dominance?

The US destroyed their own global reserve currency status when they weaponize their currency. Saudis saw the US sanctioned the central bank from the top 3 largest oil exporter (Russia) and that was a rude awakening that they needed to diversify for they can be next. No surprises here in the slightest

I know that Algeria (north Africa 🇩🇿 ) made a deal 3-4 year ago to make all their transaction with China 🇨🇳 in Yuan. China is a big infrastructure player who helped delivering several projects.

Confidence. That is the key. US Fed has lost confidence of nations they stole Afghan central banks money. Now they have frozen superpower Russia Central Bank reserves.
Russia has in turn backed it's roubles by gold and China has built a rep to do clean honest business's with nations.

Great move. Russia will also be selling oil, metals & commodities to China in Yuan.
Iran is doing the same with its oil sales to China at 30% discount rate.
By 2030 China will be the largest economy in the world overtaking USA.
