I mean I feel rein the ability to 1 shot 4/5ths of their team with a single flame strike makes this slightly easier than necessary for the top 500 player

I feel it's important to note tripling both health and damage actually puts the rein at a stat advantage, as it allows him to output(theoretically) triple the dps for 3 the duration or more, making his damage per life actually 9 times greater than normal. Of course, aoe's could actually make his comparitive damage even greater than the enemies as he can hit more than one target at a time, but that is more than made up for by more constant pressure from multiple responding targets.

When the tank loses the 2x, have you ever thought about having a dedicated Lucio who only speed boots/bots the tank and doesn't heal or shoot? Just give him 500% hp and damage reduction so theres no big reason to target the lucio first.

Best strategy on really good Rein Mains (Note I don't say sweaty is because it takes skill to use him) a Mei and Sombra. Mei Slows him down Sombra hacks him and shoots him from a distance. Works all the time.
