ANOVA sous vide precision cooker with wifi review

Great item.

Cooking demo is 130 degrees to cook a medium rare steak. This is definitely on the low end of medium rare (I would call it rare), but that is how my wife likes her streak, she says to just walk the cow by the grill and she will take it from there.

great gift item for someone who loves to cook $199 at target.

Costco has this item for $200 and you also get the sous vide container with it. The container is $70 on its own.
