What should I do? I do not have the tools to apply custom thumbnails, and I rely on the title and most don't read the descriptions. I don't actively have the tools for cards or end screens. Playlists aren't active and I can't cleanly have sections. I usually can only keep the footage raw.

It's helpful for new YouTubers. But I think the most important thing is your content. If you have a good thumbnail, title then viewers might click on it. But to make sure they watch your whole video and appreciate, you need to make your content more engaging. And the last thing is to try. Don't give up. Success may not come now but that doesn't mean you should give up. Never give up! Try hard!😊

This was a nice, solid, succinct video about how to make videos on YouTube. Within the last couple of months, there has been a format change, however, with cards. Now the teaser text for cards no longer expands all the way out to the left like it used to. This invariably keeps the latter half of the teaser text hidden. This problem only occurs on mobile. On desktop, the teaser text for cards functions as it always did. I hope the mobile version of the teaser text display can be fixed and returned to how it used to be.
