I have a Prime, but I never wanted to buy the MX5 because it's kind of missing half of the Prime's features (amps, cabs and some effects), now I really need this Flex Prime, so I can take a smaller unit that does everything my Prime does to Rehearsals and small gigs. Well done Headrush team, well done!

I love headrush, I bought the MX5 and now I upgraded to the Mx5 Flex prime. One thing though, i think you should always release your effect lists document alongside the manual. Its really important.

I've been using Boss for a long as I play guitar (30+ years), starting with pedals, then bought the GT-8 and more recently the GT-1 because of the compact size. About a week ago I bought the Headrush Flex Prime (HFP). The major advantage of the HFP compared to the GT-1 is that the knobs are assignable, whereas the GT-1 only has the 'hybrid mode' as it's called in the HFP. Also the GT-1 did not yet support IR loading. I really like the color display and the remote GUI, even though the display is indeed quite small as already stated earlier. It would definitely help if there was an option to display only the rig name in a large font for live situations, the lock screen would be a good option for this I think😉💡.
But, I also observed some disadvantages compared to the GT-1:
- a significant transition effect when switching on the Smart Harmonizer. Did not check the cloud yet if there are other harmonizer models available that perform better in this sense.
- the GT-1 has the option to assign parameters to switches instead of just on/off switching. This allows for instance to change a harmonizer from adding a 4th instead of a 3rd harmonic. I worked around this by putting 2 smart harm's in the chain, 1 for the 3rd and the other for the 4th.
Perhaps these are things that could be improved in a next software update.

Now one thing that Headrush should consider it's to provide extras "adds" for the products, like Bags/Cases and screen protectors for the touch screens... I had to order one screen protector for my Prime from a company from Germany (I live in USA) and as far as I know that's the only company that does that... since the touch screen is one of the Headrush highlights in the industry, I believe that it would be a good idea to consider!

Please don't forget updating the legacy pedals some time :( They still need the synth pedal that is inside Prime, and more features as well

To the HEADRUSH community.. .We need more clones (both super clones or regular clones) available, particularly of REAL tube amps (not sims/models). There are limited options out there (including paid variants) in comparison to QC and Kemper. Please share all of your clones... paid or otherwise. Thank you

Why on god's earth does the remote function only show the rig setup screen and not mirror exactly whatever is on the flex screen... Things like the cloud are a nightmare on that tiny little screen... I spend more time with my magnifying glass in my hand than my guitar.
