neil, i hope you see this and know how much young poets like me look up to you. 2 years i did your poems for poetry UIL, and i’ve been following your career since long before that. your words hit me in a way i cannot even hope to describe, but i know you could. thank you for coming back; we’ve missed you around here :)

If this finds you I want to say thank you and give you a huge virtual hug.
You have been my idol since 2015. Your words gave my pain a voice and therefore has helped me tremendously! You’ve helped me at becoming better at vocalizing my own struggles. You have given me so much inspiration and will to keep going and to write and create my own poems and stories.
Thank you for giving me such a strong literary idol.
I am so excited for your next collection of poems.
If you ever decide to drop by Ontario Canada I will be the first one at the doors.
