I can’t get over the mental image of these influencers waking up, setting up their cameras, getting back into bed and then pretending to wake up 😅

I don't consume influencers' content because it doesn't interest me, but watching you debunk everything is fascinating!!!

So, I was a pathological liar for a long time. I lied about EVERYTHING, no matter how inconsequential. It stemmed from living in an emotionally and verbally abusive household where I was constantly walking on eggshells. It was better to lie and placate than tell the truth. I realised around 17 or 18 that it was becoming a problem, it was something I thoroughly disliked about myself. I started going to therapy, challenging myself to always be honest. I can now comfortably say that I'm a far more honest person than I was when I began. I can't imagine not only falling into my lies but PROMOTING them to millions of people. It's just...insane.

There is no effing way her toddler woke up at 1pm. Forget the coffee cups, THAT was what immediately exposed her for lying 🤣

The woman that lied about her husband coming second when he actually came 32nd is both hilarious and sad. The fact that she thinks she can get away with lying when it’s easily disprovable but also, her husband came 32nd out of 500 other men. That’s pretty freaking good and to lie about it makes that accomplishment seem like it’s not good enough.

Sorry for the rant, but what kinda annoys me about the friggin "5 AM Club" is how they think they're so special when in reality there are hundreds of millions of people who wake up at 5 AM, or even 4 AM. But I guess it's only cool when you're rich and do it by choice and not because you have to commute 3 hrs to work or get a ton of outdoors work done before the sun can turn you into a mummy.

I have questioned the purchases of a few of the influencers I watch. We doing “haul” vlogs left and right and it’s all Gucci, LV, Lululemon, etc.. Then watching consistently, you literally never see these pieces again. It makes me wonder how much is returned after the video.

What annoys me is the influencers who wear all designer clothes but then post videos of all their “amazon favorites” but I NEVER see them wearing any of the clothes they buy off of Amazon. So right there I’ve clocked them.

As somebody who actually gets up at 5am for work, it really isn't that special or healthy. It's not the flex they think it is

I'm DYING at Hannah calling out that guy's lie based on tHE ORIENTATION OF THE SUN AND EARTH IN THE COSMOS. Absolutely incredible.

It is surprising that people don't already realize this stuff is fake. But it's even more surprising that people actually watch this crap.

I’m so glad you did this video! Now I can show my 13 year old daughter.
I’m a photographer and I’ve tried so many times to explain to her that majority of these videos are staged but she doesn’t believe me! Hopefully this can give her a better understanding of reality. These videos that are “supposable reality” give an unattainable expectation of what we should be doing. No wonder our society have a false sense of what’s important.

No mother leaves her kid at home for TWO HOURS while she galavants across NYC. Best case scenario: she's lying about her life. Worst case: she's a negligent mother.

My morning routine:
5:00 - wake up to my alarm clock
5:01 - go back to sleep because I'm still tired
5:45 - wake up to my 4th alarm
6:00 - finally get up and go to the bathroom
6:15 - shower
6:30 - get dressed for work
6:45 - eat breakfast
7:00 - watch YouTube on my phone while playing games
7:25 - realize I lost track of time and put on my socks and shoes
7:30 - look for my keys in a panic and realize I left them on the kitchen counter when I was getting my coffee
7:35 - leave for work
8:00 - 12:00 - be at work

And people like me for who I am and not some ridiculous unattainable morning ritual.

I am so thankful that you made this video because I was really questioning myself. I wake up at 5-515 and have to leave my house at 715-725 to drop my son off then head to work. These videos made me feel like something was wrong with me. I tried to workout, clean my house, cook an elaborate breakfast, prep dinner, get myself ready and my 9 year old son ready. Its not possible!! I mean I even changed my schedule to wake up at 4-415 to make it work. I felt horrible and was being really hard on myself. I can say what works for me is preparing as much as I can the night before. Then after dinner my son and I exercise or walk. Our bodies need rest and being active from 4am to 7pm isn't realistic. These influencers think they may be inspiring people but in reality they are affecting people emotionally, mentally, and physically. And it needs to stop!

That first lady did her whole 'exercise routine' in the time span it took for the yellow boat to pass the screen... Amazing!

My sister in law is an influencer with around 90k followers and it infuriates me to no end because she claims to be a homesteader but I know for a fact she does NOTHING herself on the homestead. She pays a bunch of workers to come set up things like her greenhouse or her animal areas but films herself “working” like she’s doing it all. I have physically watched her take pictures and film chores for less than fifteen minutes than walk back into the house while her husband does the rest, and then posts about how she spent all day setting up the garden for the new season. SO disingenuous and deceitful.

I really like those "a day in my life", "... haul", "restock my ..." videos because they inspire me to be more tidy and to get up and improve my life a little every day.

At the same time, vids like yours help me to not wanting to achieve an unrealistic lifestyle and burning my self out in the process

Well, with the "Tags still on" segment, what I noticed was she "woke up" and had coffee right there. Then had coffee in the bathroom and finally at 7:04am she's getting coffee.
