I am back with another exciting Tech Video.
This is the 9th video of this tutorial series call @ServiceNow.
So we are now in Servicenow Customization and Today we are learning a very interesting and important concept called UI Policy.

I watched your video on glideforms. Why do we need glideform when we can just use UI Policy and UI Policy Actions to make certain fields read only on the form? What are the similarities and differences?

I have a doubt, in one example where if category is database then service field vanish without saving. But in other example where short description is ready only if state is resolved it needs to save the form before. Why it is so?

Hi Pritam, UI policiy is unavailable in Xanadu, Vancouver release. Need help!!

when state is resolved, Short description is read only is not working. I have tried deleting it and adding it again.
