If you have a nut allergy or just don't want to use nuts for everything you can make this amazing pesto using Chickpeas! It makes it creamy and ads protein and fiber.

1/2 Cooked Chickpeas
1 Cup Basil
2 Cloves Garlic
1/4 Cup Vegan Parmesan
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
Squeeze of Lemon Juice
Water if Needed for blending

Blend Everything or Add it all to a food processor. Enjoy with anything you use pesto with.
