learn maqamat for quran recitation

man i really have never learned this stuff but Alhamdulillah i naturally have amazing tone and voice control by the mercy and grace of Allah(s)

The best advice I can give is to try to listen to many examples of maqamat ... even listen to the same examples over and over again if need be. Also try to replicate them until you feel that you can identify and hear the pattern in your head. When you listen to two diff clips of the same maqam, try to pay attention and identify what is the basic tune pattern behind both examples.
