DJI adheres to continuous innovating and improving, with the new firmware, new attitude stabilization algorithm and optimized hardware structure, the Naza-M V2 provides better flight performance.

The innovative All-in-one design simplifies installation and saves space and weight. It contains inner damping, controllers, 3-axis gyroscope, 3-axis accelerometer and barometer in its light and small Main Controller. It can measure flying altitude, attitude and therefore can be used for autopilot/automatic controlling.

The latest fourth generation attitude stabilization algorithm not only inherits the outstanding flight stability of DJI products, but also provides excellent maneuverability. It is more flexible and stable, and gives the hobbyists a wonderful flight experience. New features have been added, such GPS automatic course compensation, GPS & Compass sensor calibration, new take-off mode and more.

Update on my S550 build .... NAZA flight controller faulty so currently using my phantom V2 controller and flying like a dream. Now that's finally sorted out I'm onto gimbal and camera mounted testing. Had some flight time issues so had to adjust the voltage tolerances by 1V loaded so now get around 8 mins flight on a 5200mah multistar 3s and very similar times with dual original DJI 2200mah packs combined. Prefer flight characteristic to my phantom, in fact feels easier to fly even though it's a bigger beast. Need to watch stopping times as it does take a fraction longer than phantom to stop in GPS mode if you don't hit reverse but nothing major. Just a warning lol. Make sure you instal the GPS/compass facing the correct way. I removed mine last night and installed it facing the rear ( stupid! ) so when I took off earlier it was going crazy and drifting all over the place. Basically just went out of control so yes arrow on GPS facing forward .. VERY IMPORTANT! lol. Also as regards to fly aways this incident has made me think that what if the compass became loose and turned facing any direction other than forward during flight !?? I dread to think but judging by how it behaved earlier could very easily just fly away with no control. This something that no one else I'm aware of has mentioned so a very good possibility of many fly aways. The folding mounts I've purchased are not the best quality so I'm still searching for a good reliable one. Maybe you have a better one Jack ? Let me know . Cheers :) Rich.

Be interesting to see the maiden flight. I've been having some issues with mine. I've got same setup as you Jack. S550 with naza v2 but using E310 propulsion system instead. Trouble I've been having is the barometer not working properly. Basically won't hold altitude so when I get to a particular height it won't hover but drop as if it's in manual mode. I read it could be light getting into the controller affecting the barometer but as far as I'm aware it's mainly a problem with the cheaper lite version. Made a few adjustments including black take around controller. Will test Monday. Fingers crossed it's working fine now but won't hold my breath. Hope yours isn't as problematic as mine has been. Cheers.
