How do you setup a SHARED BUSINESS DIRECTORY on devices or one talk app please?

Worst Service and highly do not recommend! They will say everything works but it does not! Biggest business mistake is deciding to switch to Verizon One Talk in over 50 years of business. Service is garbage, the customer support is basically non existent and the people you do get on the phone do not know how it works either. Very disappointing product coming from such a big company. The whole install and service is outsourced to at least 3 companies and each does such minor work and they all do not work together. Really horrible all around. Consider yourself warned!

Does this service include audio recording of phone calls? As in when a customer calls it notifies them that call may be recorded for quality purposes, and then the call is recorded?

Does this evade privacy of employees? Can owner of business have access to texts, voicemail, phone calls and logs?
