Cast Iron Pan Pizza

To a bowl
Add 1 cup of water
Add 1 tbsp of sugar
Add 1 packet of active dry yeast
Add 1 tbsp of oil
Add 1 tsp of salt
Add 2 cups of flour to start but you’ll probably need another half cup
Knead for 10 minutes then into a ball and set aside for 30 minutes
Cut your dough in half depending on how big your pan is
Add your dough down into a cast iron pan that’s been oiled
Turn the burners on low to medium heat as you add your sauce, cheese and other toppings.
As soon as the crust begins to get lightly brown put it in the oven at 500 degrees for about 10 minutes or until the cheese and crust are getting brown.
