Hi, other than not being temperature compensated, can one use 4 quarter bridge configurations (2 either side) to calculate torque on a rotating shaft or does it have to be a half or full bridge.

hey I was curious, I have a project where I need to test the pull of an object, it needs to both stretch and relax, but the forces aren't heavy, it's a needle, that moves based on movement, but the needle is attached to a strain gauge.... also the forces aren't that heavy, maybe 40-50lbs worth? or less? I'm still looking into it, but around that thing is, I also need it cheap, and small, and know of anything?
