Three things I absolutely love about you:
1. You have an incredible knack for presenting information in a way that's not only easy to digest but also genuinely fun to listen to.
2. Your talent for simplifying complex or serious topics into relatable concepts makes it accessible for everyone to understand.
3. I admire how hard you work to provide valuable content and your willingness to boldly share your opinions for the benefit of those who need guidance. Us Leos, after all, are never the timid type. ;)
With love,
SBG

See, I'm not sure I'm on board with this colostrum craze. I come from a farming family. Three dairy farms in my family. As you said, colostrum is very important to the development of newborm animals. So, whenever a dairy farmer takes that colostrum and sells it, instead of letting the new calf have it, that calf is going to have a harder time developing into a healthy cow. Less healthy cows produce less nutritious milk for all of our dairy products. It's not worth the trade-off.

We needed colostrum when we were born, which is why our mothers produced it for us. Now, we're adults whose bodies (if properly nourished) function correctly without it. Better to let our future milk-bearers keep theirs.

At 77 I already AM that older person. My three things. #1 The same lady has been at my side for 56 years. #2 I still go to work 5 days of the week for 4 hours per day in a school kitchen at a job that physically is no problem at all even though I am on my feet the entire time. #3 Heart bypass 8+ years ago and diet-controlled diabetes, walking 4-6 miles per day and the carnivore diet give me probably the best health I have had in the last 20 years. Life is good.

Anything the FDA says I just do the opposite. I recommend reading “Health and Beauty Mastery” by Julian Bannet, that book is a real eye opener about shocking stuff health industry is doing! I completely changed my habits

Your husband's story on why he went carnivore was very inspiring. It was like so many of the stories featured on Dave Mac's channel. Each time I hear of a success story like this, it just affirms that the carnivore diet is the right one to be on.

I like that you and Bryce are not afraid to change and make adjustments based on what your body needs. Please make an updated what I eat in a day for the both of you and include supplements. Those are really helpful to me.

So I’m not gonna go into all the stuff our family has been through for the last few months (not bad just crazy busy) so I got away from eating carnivore/meat base and I felt like crap and I put on 20 lbs. but for the last week I’m back on my regimen and I’m already feeling 10 times better. Watching you, dr. Berry, and Bella has helped me stay encouraged and journaling. Keep up the good work.

Steak, butter, and eggs for breakfast does the body good. Such a clear and calm mental space. Physically charged and ready to rock! Got to love it!

Carnivore diet has put my vitiligo in remission 90% of my patches are showing new pigments and we are talking about someone who has lost 35% of his pigment over the years. It is a long journey, but I am improving every single day.

I really like that positive video, we can have differences, but meat is what unite us

I LOVE the idea of you doing more of these types of videos where you shout out other popular Carnivore content creators and what you agree/disagree with them on. It's difficult to hear the content creators we all love giving contrasting information without context, and I loved seeing you talk about Bella's content and how it aligns with your own journey as well as how you've modified away from some of the things that she suggests. I struggle with creators who are hard-nosed, "you must do it my way" kind of content, so this was a welcome breath of fresh air. Well done!
