I feel like in "you is crazy", 'is' provides emphasis, but isn't needed. In Texas, we would say, "You crazy bro, " without "is".

He is working= he working, he work

He be working =he works alot or he works hard

He is working and he be working don't mean the same thing and are not interchangeable. In he former sentence, the action is happening in present, meaning at this very moment. In the latter, the action happens continually. The tense is indefinite. Therefore, "He be working" means he works all the time.
