How to Grow Blueberries: 7 Step Guide for Beginners

Do you want to grow blueberries but you're not sure where to start? I planted four blueberry bushes in my garden during my first season. Seven years later, I now grow enough to eat fresh, freeze, give away, and even sell at our local farmer's market.

I have 28 rabbit eyes blueberries plant in 25 gallon pots and I filled the pots with pine bark and then put potting soil on top and water it in and they grow great

Thank you Jill! I have two of my first bushes both different varieties. My big concern before putting them in the dirt Is that I do it right with a PH. Your information was helpful. Step4 - You must plant at least 2 bushes and those bushes must be of Different varieties or you will not get berries. Notice how Jill had 2 different varieties.
