Hello! I love the 3 ingredient recipes! Today we have coconut panna cotta. The cooking time is only 10 minutes. You can make it on the eve in the evening, and the next day you no longer think about dessert when you are waiting for guests)))

INGREDIENTS:

400ml full-fat coconut milk
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp water
2 tsp powdered gelatin
coconut oil, to grease

COOKING METHOD:

1. Grease the molds with coconut oil and set aside.
2. Soak gelatin in water for 5 minutes.
3. Pour coconut milk, sugar, and soaked gelatin into a saucepan. Heat, stir until sugar and gelatin are completely dissolved. Bring to a boil, simmer for 3 minutes.
4. Pour into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
5. Place the panna cotta on a plate by turning the mold over.
* if the panna cotta does not come out of the mold, put the mold in hot water for 15-30 seconds.

Ahead of New Year’s Eve, I made this and another harder recipe with cream, etc to test them, find the best and be prepared. Your recipe was dead easy and AMAZING!! Definitely recommended! Thank you!
