The first time I tried deep frying was with Kimmy’s Cornish hen recipe and created a small fire😅! Turned out really good but scary times! Since then only air fryer. I might have to give it another try! These look delicious.

Something for you to think about.
When i have anything to cool down i take out a frozen bottle of water i keep in the freezer. For anything you want to cool down fast.
Just wash them really good and put them back in the freezer.
