Ride it and change it when its dead, no one have time for this shit, we got to go to work, do laundry, groceries, cooking, familly, we ride bike not that much to be concerned by this or by making a 40€ bottom bracket last forever by spending hours to clean it every year even more if we ride in dry condition, i just ride it and change it
