Hari Om Yogishri🙏🙏🙏
Thank you Swamiji for today’s wonderful discourse. Pranams Guruji 🙏🙏
Our ancient wisdom, principles and the fundamental laws of life teaches us how to live our life happily and peacefully and reach our highest purpose of our life.
We have to choose the path that which is good for us in the long run rather than the path that gives us immediate pleasure and pleasantness.
Goodness and good habits will be perceived as unpleasant to start with but when practiced consistently with perseverance will become pleasant and pleasurable. We should keep on bettering the path of good which we have chosen until we reach the ultimate state.
When we practice Shreya consistently, we can reach the state of Param Shreya (highest state).
Thanks again for today’s amazing and deep meditation session installing subtler sadhana aspects into our deeper and sub-conscious minds🙏🙏🙏

Hari Om Yogishri 🙏🙏 Thank you for today's session. It was so calming. The principles of Shreyaha and Preyaha are eye opening. Everyday we encounter so many instances of Preyaha in the garb of immediate happiness but with consistent sadhana alone we will be able to identify them and go beyond to identify the ones that are truly Shreyaha and do good to us. With patience and right bhavana we can turn Shreyaha into Parama Shreyaha and move towards infinite happiness.

Thank you for changing our lives for good. Pranam 🙏🙏

Namaste Guruji,
Thank you for the simple yet powerful wisdom.
What I learnt today:
Preyahah:flattery, praise, pleasant
Refers what is not beneficial in the long run, but is very pleasant
Shreya’s:doing something good though it is unpleasant, until it becomes a habit
Go on examining your actions, see if it’s ‘Shreya’, if not, correct the action, when we keep doing this we reach the state of param Shreya: the highest goal
Always look for improvement, every day, Kaizen. If not, we stagnate
With sincere gratitude,
Usha

Hari Om Yogishri,

Thank you so much for today's discourse and meditation.

Some important points from today's discourse:

1. Shreyaha means the best, param shreyaha means supreme best.
2. Some aspects of shreyaha - we must always choose what is best for us.
3. Sometimes choosing what is is best for us may be difficult but that is only beneficial for us.
4. Second aspect of shreyaha is that we must always strive to become better
5. If we become content in a tamasic manner, that will lead to stagnation and eventually to demotion. Hence we must always look to improve ourselves in all aspects.

Thank you so much Yogishri 🙏

Eagerly looking forward to the release and the empowerment. Very grateful to you for giving us these opportunities 🙏

Hari Om Yogishri...Pranams...

--> The first 20 minutes of the discourse deeply fascinating.... When our master spoke about the Vedas were revealed to the masters of yore in the form of energy in their deep meditation...And they passed on that wisdom to their students orally...and the students again did sadhna, purified themselves...again at last Sage Vyasa codified all the Vedas in to four divisions...and keeping the most profound aspects of Vedas that is Upanishads at the end of Vedas...When we think of all the process happened over a period of centuries...its really fascinating...The beauty is this wisdom is taking various shapes to help us common people...Among all of them Yoga Sankirtan is latest and best...

--> Shreyah Vs Preyah-- Differentiating between them is all time challenge. Constant challenge. It does not stop with mere external things. It goes much deeper. It goes to our emotions, thoughts and karmas. Constant filtering at all levels. When preyah approaches us, a bell rings instantly. We should immediately listen to it. Curb preyah in the root level itself. This is so important in life from both aspects of life. It is necessary for day to day dignified living and to do sadhna to find out the answers of life. It is deeply interwoven.

--> Preyah need not be extreme addictions like drinking alcohol, cigarettes, etc...Preyah could be our anger, jealous feelings, fear feelings, feeling pity about ourselves, wasting time in non essential things and even more small small things which outsiders may not notice but our intellect clearly knows about them.

One thing is clear about what we are into. We are into deepest possible science and discoveries a human can discover. Now imagine, what kind of brilliant mind is necessary for it. But, if our minds are infested with all other non essentials, how will we progress?

Master, kindly help us all sadhaks to stay in the track till the goal is reached.

Thank You very much Master for everything in life...Really thank you...

Hariom Yogishri... Thank you for todays session.
One shall not fall prey to Preyah, but shall look for Shreyah i.e. good in everything. This will be difficult and once we are on this path, difficult things wil become noraml.and give pleasure, then we shall pursure path of betterment and finally Param Shreya i.e. bestest of best.
One shall not stop and practice till we reach Param Shreya.

Sanatan Dharma is not founded by one individual, but this is the knowledge which was gained by Yogis in mediatation and then translated to Vedas, which was orgnaized by Ved Vyasa. Upnishads are summary of thesse vedas in form.of Shlokas. One shall deep dive into it to gain the ultimate knowledge.

I am so much looking forward for next week for release of Shri Hanumant Dhayna..

With Utmost Gratitude

Hari Om Yogishri 🙏🙏🙏
Many thanks for today's deep session followed by very calming mediation.
There are 108 Upanishads and all of them teach Brahma Vidya. Bhagavad Gita is the essence of these Upanishads.
Preyaha - which is pleasant immediately but not good in the long run. Like flattery.
Sreyaha - which is unpleasant at the beginning but it is very beneficial at the end. Like eating the right kind of food, doing the exercises, sleeping on time, waking up on time, having the right kind of emotions - these are all good in the long run but very very unpleasant to start with.
Only when I practice sreyaha, I will reach parama sreyaha, the highest good.
Homework: to keep practicing the good things and to become a better version of myself everyday.
Guru and all the masters are ready to help me grow but I should qualify and become ready to receive their help.
I should have enormous patience in this spiritual journey and have absolute faith in my guru.
Thank you so much, Yogishri.
I realise that I have fallen in the preyas path and tamasic in almost every aspect of life. I want to become a very active, dynamic, positive person and i seek the guru Shakti in me to destroy my tamas and make me a highly energetic and enthusiastic person.
Looking forward to next week 's release of Shri Hanumath Dhyana.

Thank you Yogishri for an enlightening session.

The path of Shreyaha is the very foundation for any shadak who seeks the highest.
Be righteously-wise enough to Examine and Choose those things in life which is GOOD for you in the long run and not those which gives immediate pleassure & doesnt help you to grow in the long run ; infact some does lot of damage to you too.
Keep on growing in life; every day keep on improving. Keep on seeking the good things in life….Become BETTER & BETTER in every aspect of life with disciplin & consistency, right choices and hardwork.
As u keep on doing this, you shall obtain the BEST … the highest experience…which beyond all words.

Deeply grateful & thankful for this excellent pathway of shreyaha Yogishri, which I feel is the best of the best ways, to evolve both spiritually and in worldly aspects. Thankful to the Infinite and to you Yogishri for this blessed opportunity - the enligtening Sunday sessions.
Eagerly awaiting the Powerful sadhna tool - The Divine launch of Sri Hanuat Dhayna.

Hari Om Yogishri
Thanks much for today's wonderful discourse. Few points I am able to recollect :-
Originally the Vedas were passed Orally. When a Yogi went into deep meditation and heard (internally) the vibrations - Para Vaani, and absorbed the energy and codified into sounds, he got the Vedas. And students who continuously listened to the sound vibrations, then did the sadhana on it, went deeper and deeper and finally reached the Para Vaani state, complete silence and beyond, through their different bodies, like Prana shariraha and so forth.
The Upanishads and Bhagavad Gita are essence of the Vedas. The Upanishads are short verses with great amount of depth, whereas the Bhagavad Gita is a text which teaches how to use the Upanishadic level wisdom, practically in real life. That's why the Bhagavad Gita is of prime-most significance.
We saw the difference between Shreyaha and Preyaha. Preyaha is that which is pleasant at first, but is actually not good for us. It also means flattery.
A person has to have the mental strength to choose that which is good in the longer run, and avoid the sugar coated poison in each and every aspect of life. Doing sadhana, pranic kriyas all (daily) will be difficult for a beginner, but as a person does it with sincere bhavana, a stage will come where, that becomes a complete habit and a day cannot pass without kriyas or sadhana. I am able to relate to this stage, as I understand it is only for my own good that both kriyas and daily sadhana is prescribed.
The 3 important steps which Param Shreyaha expands into is :-
1. Pickup the one aspect which is good for you and follow that principle
2. Always think of betterment, never get satisfied, if you do, you will stagnate. everyday try to better yourself.
3. Aim to attain the highest best, although grammatically incorrect represents that highest stage which cannot be expressed in any language as it may be.
Also, very interested to listen to the Shri Hanumat Dhyana Yoga sankirtan material. I can feel myself happily listening to it in the auditorium, the same as I did for Maha Ganapati dhyana and Om Saravana Bhava dhyana. The live experience has a charm of it own Guruji !
This year I am also planning to bring my wife and 3 year old Daughter to the live program. Although we planned it for earlier Yoga sankirtan releases, it did not happen as she was bit too young and we could not arrange. I think this year, we will succeed in doing so with the blessings of the infinite.
Thanks and regards,
Pranams

Hari Om GuruDev!

Many tons of thanks to you for this fantastic session today. The nididyasana sadhana was very deep. Thank you so so so very much GuruDev.

Inputs from today's session:-

The Vedas have its essence as the infinite and also the Upanishads. The Bhagavad Gita has its source from the Upanishads.

SHREYAH - PREYAH; Good - Pleasant:

Sheyah means the things which are genuinely good for us which may not seem to be pleasant in the beginning. Preyah means the things which are pleasant but may not be good for us in the long run. Shreyah sometimes may be genuinely pleasant and Preyah sometimes may be unpleasant too. So we have to analyze the things whether they are genuinely good for us or it appears to be good but aren't actually. If we already have habits pertaining to Preyah we may feel it difficult or unpleasant to move to Shreyah. But if we are neutral or have the habits of Shreyah we may feel it to be so pleasant. We have to always analyze and choose Shreyah over Preyah i.e., we have to analyze what is good for us and what is not, but which give us immediate pleasure or relief, and choose the good over the things which appears to be good. If we choose good only, and make it a habit, we have to practice making the good into better where Param Shreyah (highest best) is the goal.

Sadhana to be done:-

To analyze good and pleasant things, choose good over pleasant and move towards the highest best by bettering ourselves.

Infinite thanks to you GuruDev for everything.
Deepest Gratitude and Humble Pranaams.
Hari Om GuruDev.

Hari Om Master 🙏 thank you for today's session
Preya is path of immediate pleasures, it takes a person away from Sreya which is Highest good
If an action or thought gives immediate pleasure check if it is preya if it is good for long term. If not cut it off with sadhana.

Hari Om Yogishri 🙏

Thank you so much for the very helpful session, reinforcing the need to choose the path of Shreyaha for our growth 🙏

Preyaha comes in the garb of immediate pleasure, making it difficult for us to avoid it. Mind automatically gravitates towards preyas. But if we don't exercise our capacity to choose what is good, and instead keep giving in to preyas, we'll be wasting the wonderful opportunities given to us. Path of Shreyaha is not about avoiding the pleasant but to examine and ensure we are choosing what is good for us (our habits, emotions) in the long run. Shreyaha (betterment): We have to build this discipline and keep on improving ourselves and keep growing.

Focus on choosing the good and improving and be very patient when it comes to the fruits, trusting and surrendering to the higher🙏.

Always look at the positives in everyone and keep learning from that and improving ourselves.

Thank you for instilling the choice of Shreyaha in our deeper minds through Nidhidhyasana.

Thank you Yogishri 🙏

Pranam Yogishri
Thank you for today's Divine session.
Offering gratitude to you, Yogishri and all the Infinite Masters, completely surrendering.
Sadhana:
Shreyah is good, better and the highest best - in contrast to Preyah Preyas, which is pleasant, agreeable, flattery (not sincere praise), not good, not beneficial for us, but comes in the garb of pleasantness.
1. As a Sadhak, we need to Always look at good in the things, habits, emotions, actions and Pick them up only to practice.
Our Mind has a tendency to gravitate towards Preyas, so with awareness and seeking Guru guidance, we need to Analyse, Examine and Ensure, in life, what is good for me, and good for others. (Good, not merely pleasant). Then only we need to pick it up.
2. As a Sadhak, we need to Always think and look for Betterment, Improvement, Development in life. (Never be satisfied in a tamasic way). We need to put continuous efforts to better, internally and externally.
3. As a Sadhak, we need to Explore the Principle of Shreyah i.e., the Highest Best. It is the only Ultimate Inspiration. And then, Avapsyatha (in wonderment) you shall obtain the Highest.

Thank you Yogishri for this Divine wisdom.
Vedas divided into four Vedas, sub divided into Upanishads, from them Bhagavad Gita is derived and it is all about Karma Action, how to do perfectly, how to lead our life, to attain the Highest.

Today's homework: To Find out -
1. What is good for me?
2. How can I better myself everyday?

Yogishri, I sincerely seek your guidance in this path.
I choose to better myself, put all possible efforts.
Thank you Yogishri
HARI OM

Respected Yogishri

Points that inspired me.
1. Complaining is a quality of the “preyas”. Instead, look for the positives in any situation
2. Focus on continuous improvement of oneself.
3. If I am in a neutral position, the shreyas-activities are easier to pickup. The above serves as a useful benchmark for understanding how steeped one is towards shreyas or preyas.
4. How to use yoga sankirtan correctly: this lecture deepened the purpose of yoga sankirtan in my life. I understand a little more on how I should use it to purify my emotions.
5. Focus and pick the positive qualities from everything you encounter. The is the fastest and best way to grow rapidly.
6. Question and analyze the things you do. See if they are beneficial to you and others in the long term. Not all that is pleasant is beneficial but most of what is beneficial may initially be unpleasant.
7. Once a goal is achieved, do not stop. This leads to stagnation and then to decline.

Hari Om Yogishri ! Thank You so much for the powerful discourse on the principle of Param shreyaha.

Before we understand the principle of Shreyaha, we need to know what is meant by Preyaha and how is this different from that. Preyaha means temporary pleasure(Flattery) which is neither good for us nor is it good for others in the long run. we tend to feel pleasurable by doing such kind of activities as it has become a habit for us. Wherein, Shreyaha means goodness at all degrees. These kind of activities might not be so pleasurable to start with, but as we keep doing them and it becomes a habit, they become so enjoyable to us and at the same time, they would have an positive impact on ourselves and on others. When we keep practicing the principle of shreyaha in our day to day activities, we will start evolving in all the sense of the term and finally a day would come where we will be exposed to the "Highest Best" as called by our masters.

Once again, Thank you so much for everything Yogishri 🙏🙏🙏

Humble Pranaams
