1 tbsp butter
300g chicken breast
2 cloves garlic
1 tomato
4 cups spinach
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup pasta water
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp dried oregano

how did you get chicken cubes so toasty? for me they keep releasing water and then they boil in it.
