For an 8.5 X 11 Pan

Stale Bread cut in to 1 inch bites
4 cups milk
4 eggs
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
1Cup Raisins (optional)
1/3 Cup Rum
3 Tablespoons melted butter

Sauce
1/2 Cup Butter
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 egg
1/2 Cup Rum
1 Cup whipping cream
