Eyeshadow Ombre nails

Apply gel matte top coat. Cure. Buff pigment powder on top (or eyeshoadow, you just need hoggly pigmented eyeshadow or itll look pastel). Then add glossy gel top coat to the part you want to keep. Cure. And wipe the nail clean. The matte top coat will still be matte and accept more pigment powders. But it won't really stick to the glossy top coat. A final gel top coat and done!
