Guys, just to avoid confusion, jinhe kabhi kabaar rarely mouth ulcers hote hai, that is fine... but agar regularly hote rehte hai, your body is telling you there is some problem! Ulcers are always inflammatory, therefore if they are frequent, there could be chronic inflammation breeding within. Also, all ulcers are usually a result of bad lifestyle/stress/lack of sleep - and these factors also happen to be TOP CAUSES of chronic inflammation!

We NEED to spread more awareness about this. Prevention is 1000 times better than cure. And the amount of researches and evidences (references in description) pointing towards it as the silent culprit is alarming. I live a healthy lifestyle where I wake up at 6 in the morning, do Angamardana (a form of yoga), followed by a 21-minute meditation practice called Shambhavi Mahamudra. I then eat neem and turmeric balls on an empty stomach. I drink 4 liters of water daily—2 liters in the morning and 2 liters at night, drinking them in one go so that the body keeps the amount it needs and expels the rest. I avoid sugar, tea, and coffee. I love eating idli and dosa, and for protein, I eat paneer. I never eat anything after 7 PM and go to bed between 11 PM and 12 AM. I've been following this lifestyle since the lockdown, and I am 22 years old.

I had mouth ulcer for around 3 years continuously, 2 years back.
My condition got normal when I stopped using any kind of chemically made toothpaste, instead i used Dabur lal powder and I'm still using it daily. Now i rarely see mouth ulcer problem. Maybe someone can try this too.

Mouth ulcers are caused due to stress anxiety and hormonal changes it can be cured by mouth washing with salt and warm water and avoid eating raw veggies, hot soups and hot stuffs mostly its a normal thing don’t stress out kiddos 🥰

You are 100% right Gaurav Bhai. My father also had the same disease(Mouth Ulser). Unfortunately, he and our family considered this disease to be normal and did not pay attention to it. Now he passed away on 24 June this year.
