I'm still wondering about the Black Cat that has been hanging around the Red Keep since the death of Princess Rhaenys. It will b a book plot. This cat is mentioned in the epilogue of ADWD. Have read that sooo many times. Going backward. At the dinner with Cersei, Ser Kevan, and young Tommen, Tommen mentions a Black Cat that Ser Pounce chases off. Tommen finds the cat at his window a lot. I believe this was Princess Rhaenys' cat that she was holding when she was murdered. Can't remember if it was Cleagane or Porch. Cersei does mention that the cat has been around for a long time. And scratched Joffery when he was a child. She and Ser Kevan talk about setting a trap for it. Last thing is, this is the cat that Arya chases on the orders of Syrio Forel. I don't think GRRM would mention any of this if there wasn't a purpose. That's not really his style. What do u think???
