Hey Azungu! As i watch i notice that you aren't paying much attention to the angle snap feature! When building anything the angle snap is on by default and can make some rides look more boxey. In the menu where you pick which path, coater piece you want, etc you can turn it up or down or completely off if you'd like a really hand made ride. And for roller coaters, you can go back after and use the smooth tool and really smooth it out and it will make it uniform and look even better. Great job so far progressing and learning and I can't wait to keep watching how you grow!

If you click and drag the outer blue square of the coaster tracks, you can select multiple at once to smooth the connecting tracks.. also it’s best to click the smooth button multiple times to get the best smoothing

Hey Azungu! Another comment from me as I watch more. As you are building, if you undo you get the full value back instead of ex deleting old track pieces which won't give you the full value back and save you some money!

A lot of the older scenarios don't need staff buildings as staff tiredness was added a while after release.

If you need a small injection of cash, sell off some out of the way scenery items (except plants because they cost money to remove). Some scenarios will have valuable stuff (like this scenario has the buried treasure).

Advanced Move/Rotate is handy for finely aligning stuff (like trying to sharkify coasters).

I find it handy to have ride exits next to the controls so mechanics don't have to walk as far for maintenance. (Not sure if it really saves that much time though.)

Don't forget to check out the Research tab in Park Management if you want more rides/shops/scenery/etc.

Unfortunately the scenery brush is a PlanCo 2 thing, but you can multiselect a few items for faster duplications.

And don't forget Ctrl + Z is your friend.

When I first started I didn’t do the tutorial and I was so lost on this scenario😂 if you have time between recordings for sure try to pop them out real fast. It will help a lot with the staff management and stuff. I’m real excited you started these videos too!

You can use X ( advanced move) for many of the pieces you want to decorate with in order to get more accurate placement.FIrst tap has moving and the other tap for rotation. Many pieces has the option to tick a box on the right named " Align to surface" it makes them stick according to the direction of the surface, although they often end up hovering away from the surface: hence why the X is handy for the placement :)

Btw: under park managment you can find a research tab which allows you to research new coasters, food/drink stands, themes and so on.

In terms of Station Buildings, they're not necessarily needed, but it is worth it to have one or more of them for tracked, dark, and water rides as well as coasters. Also the two types of coasters you were able to work with were the result of the game's funding from Cedar Fair (The owner of both Cedar Point and Carowinds). And don't be afraid to take your time with the building of coasters, one of my rides, A-60's Fury took over an hour to build in game. But anyways, not a bad performance!

Sweet another video. I like this game. If you wanna decorate the park during the video go ahead I'll watch the whole video. Keep up the good work and God bless.

As for pricing, there is quite a simple trick:

Look at your Prestige Rating for the ride at the Ride Overview tab when you select a ride/coaster.
E.g. the wooden coaster in this scenario has 911 prestige

Now you take that rating and divide it by 37, thats your maximum price the guests will pay for the ride

I recommend rounding that result down to the nearest full dollar so that when the ride ages and loses its prestige you dont have to adjust pricing.

Therefore you can charge up to 24, 60$ for the wooden coaster, i would round down to like 22, 50$ or so

You can increase the length as well as the width of your paths. Can also increase the length of your coaster tracks.

You should try the "align to grid" path feature, good for large plazas and symmetry

Don't forget to research in this game you'll get more stuff

If you use control z to undo coaster track instead of the destruct button you get your full value back btw 👍🏻

Highly suggest you don’t make your chairlifts to steep, I’d say go for 30-45 degrees for realism :)
