Bill Harrah was a class act! Visited Harrah's car collection numerous times. My parents "The Mickey Finn Show" headlined at Harrah's at Lake Tahoe. We were picked up at the airport in a Rolls Royce, and stayed in a house right on the water with a chef. We also had the use of a gorgeous CrisCraft. Lifelong memories!

As a young boy I got to see Harrah's collection, it was the best collection I have ever witnessed, the national auto museum I think has some of his collection. Jay, thanks for keeping the flame for these special autos.

Born and raised in Michigan, everyone in my family works/ worked for the Big 3. Cars are an obsession for many of us here, stories like this are fascinating and honestly, Jay is an automotive collection God! His knowledge of automotive history, engineering and knowhow are unrivaled IMO. I hope I have the privilege to meet him some day, see his collection and just listen to him tell stories about his vehicles!

When I was young, I got to see his car collection in Reno. We spent two days looking at everything.

Went through his museum as it was just starting to be liquidated. The cars had certain colored stickers on the headlights to mark when they were being sold off. I was 13 at the time and the place blew me away.

I loved Harrah’s! My now ex and I used to take the gambler’s special bus from Sacramento a lot. Great fun, nice shows ie Tom Jones, John Denver, Englebert Humperdinck, etc. Harrah’s was always top notch!
