So helpful! I forget to wash grocery bags. Now that I think about it, cloth ones would be easiest because I can throw them in the washing machine!!

Used to HATE when coworkers in restaurants I’ve worked would tell me I wash my hands too often. Didn’t happen but a few times but made me wanna slap the life out of them.
Restaurant workers tend to do less than minimum when it comes to food safety, seen it time and time again!
Watched a casino restaurant workers take a poop then head back into the kitchen without washing before too. Some people are terrible

I agree with his advice as an industry professional. Leading cause of foodborne illnesses is poor person hygiene.

If you wash your cutting board after each use why is it necessary to have different ones for different foods?

When I worked at a grocery store I saw so many gross reusable bags. I was a bagger so I’d let the customer know and for some reason they were fine with it. Straight up spilled meat juices and spoiled milk smell.

Why do you need to wash your grocery bags? Thats ridiculous. Everything is packaged and the stuff that isn't you wash anyway before prepping.

Paper or plastic, plastic, i use it to clean up dog crap. Wash your cutting bosrds with soap and water.. end of message
