“Aman, what is the use of wearing such footwear if it makes you fall down”?
Excellent question, my dear friend. Excellent question.

Badshah and Aman are both very kind hearted gentlemen.

Catwalk failures are perhaps the most poignant commentaries of this society on itself.
Great to see the reactions of Badshah and Aman. With Badshah's comment about nobody picking up the fallen girls he shows us what matters; human empathy.

I totally agree with everything they said.

You both are right on with your comments. People if the world are too self focused. Also, the runways are quite slick which makes falling a common thing. But it was funny!

Fashion shows are actually for stores to decide on what to buy for the next shopping season (spring and fall). A lot of money is riding on how stores buy. Although several clothing designers actually create fashion shows for no purpose other than to poke fun at the industry itself like the bubble clothes or the plastic sheeting as clothing. Those were done out of sheer fun and not meant to be serious at all. And so they don’t sell those clothes.

The usual problem with shoes at fashion shows is that they're chosen to accent the clothing but are not always fitted to the model wearing a particular dress. Usually when there's a fall it's because the runway or lighting is poorly designed, the footwear was too outrageous of a design, or a model is forced to wear a size that's way to big.

Those shoes weren't made for walking boys! 🤣

Often the designers make the shoes in one size only for the show, and it's like "boohoo if your feet are the wrong size for them". Ofc they try to find a model with a similar shoe size, but that is not always possible. That is why falls like these can happen. Not to mention that these models are most likely very dehydrated on the day of the show to look as skinny as possible, and this might mess with their balance quite a bit.

This is why I don't wear high heels.

They should practice walking in the shoes before the show lol

I have a beautiful niece who is 6' tall, weighs about 110 lbs and walks runways. But she is also a clothing designer and runway model stylist, along with a degree in Marketing.
Harkening back to her catwalk days, she is extremely, almost fanatically, conscious about ensuring her models' safety and care. Her attention focuses on the clothing but compromising a model's safety based on a designer's 'vision' is absolutely atrocious to her ideaology and
values.

Even a sprained ankle, if due to a problematic design, (especially the shoe heel height and it's shape) is unacceptable, and can potentially ruin their ability to properly walk ever again. If you cannot walk in the designers' choice of shoe, then that's what the focal point the buyers will remember most about the show...ergo, no sells.

The customers can walk because the customers eat and are nourished 😌

The original video they're watching was made simply for a laugh, but I really enjoyed how their reaction was not to laugh but to be concerned for the safety of the women who were falling and questioning the makers of the shoes and clothes. And also wondering why nobody helped them up. People in the comments upset about "laughing at others' misfortune" are missing the point of this video - showing how these wonderful people react differently than the average person. Badshah and Aman (and the rest of them too) are such loving and caring people. (I do agree though, I prefer seeing them react to more educational or mind-opening videos, not Tik Tok compilations or fail videos, etc)

I agree. Although I never fell in them when I used to be inclined to wear them, they are unbelievably dangerous and bad for both knees and lower back.
