Improvements: Use an HHO Generator at the bottom.
Increase capture by using a deeper "tank". Ocean saltwater already has electrolyte for HHO.
Increase size of wheel, orsproket in this case, to increase leverage/power.

Close the tank hermetically, use helium gas instead of air and recirculate it from top of the tank to the bottom. Helium is a lot lighter than air so it makes stronger force as a displacement fluid in water.

Ok so air cavitation lowers the buoyancy on one side and air pumps give lift to the other side. So air is the only input for energy? All this needs is a air pump to run. And you can extend the length for more torque? Ok…. Makes me think of the machines i built in minecraft. So if i get one of those wind turbines that have a air pump in them i can power this? What about making it round instead and making it like a donut with a gap in the middle. I think the further you can separate the low buoyancy side and the lifting side the better the torque would be. Seeing that i realize this “all systems seem to work on low pressure and high pressure.” Maybe even a denser working fluid with a special gas making the system closed loop. Like for example using oil and helium. A system like that would have a greater difference in potential then water and air. At least i assume so.

I have seen something similar before . You are still in the negative. It takes energy to pump in air, probably more Than the output
