Lauren thank you so much for your videos. I’m 52 years old and haven’t jumped my speed rope in 15 years. Watching your videos made me want to jump again. The first few days I really seem to struggle hitting my jumps, and I feel heavier in my push-offs. I decided to take yesterday off because I was a little sore and my back and legs this afternoon after work I went out to my garage and hit 75 jumps without a miss. I plan on jumping rope every day moving for now you’re the bomb.
