I have a huge problem with my chrome book that happend from 4 years: I can't update anything. I can't download anything (only image and video sometimes that I can download them) I have an old chrome OS and Google chrome browser v52. Is powerwash solve all this problems. Or I need to change my laptop?

Power wash is not a hard reset. It's basically a refresh.

Not an effing hard reset! A hard reset is a manual override of software to force the recovery process. This is a useless (to me) software reset. The OS is corrupted and won't respond. Please label your videos more accurately!
