OHHH YES, I was so afraid Megaman 5 would not make the list, but then GRAVITY MAN stage appear as the top bill XD, easily one of my favorites stages too.

Secret boss battle against the mysterious brother who isn't really that mysterious
2 routes depending on how you beat the mini boss
Knight enemies that are werewolves in the full moon (in the top route)
Multiple ways to get through the dark segment (bottom route)

I am not a Megaman fan, but you are one of the very first Youtubers that I ever subscribed to and I will always remember "Release the Khrp!" Seriously, that is your best video in my opinion, sorry.

I never got into Mega Man but getting a new dookieshed video made of 11 minutes of dookie talking about something he loves made my day

So glad Shademan's stage made the list. It's one of my favorites as well. It reminds me of Castlevania and that's probably why I like it so much as I'm a fan of both megaman and Castlevania.
