Often with tutorial creators they tend to skip some of these steps, and simply tells the viewer the steps.

Ok - I might have done the Secret Phrase when I initially set up my Ledger to MetaMask. Now that I watched this video, I want to make sure and be safe. Is there anyway I can check? Hi Crypto Dad. What about if I already have a MetaMask wallet with coins in several wallets and different chains and, I also have a ledger that already has coin accounts stored on there? It would be great if I could understand how to add the existing MetaMask wallet to the existing ledger. I think I would just like to understand a bit more about what is actually happening, in terms of how my existing Eth account on Ledger is affected. If I hit, ‘connect to hardware wallet’ on my existing MetaMask wallet, will it mess up anything on my existing Eth wallet in Ledger and, if not, how does it not interfere with the existing Eth wallet on Ledger. I know this is asking a lot, but would only feel comfortable doing this if I had a better understanding. The only guides I can find are ones that make a new MetaMask wallet and also never mention what happens if you already have coins in Ledger Eth account. Yours was the best, so far but still doesn’t quite, address my concerns. Cheers

Thanks, great video. I did know better not to enter the recovery into metamask but wasn't sure how to link a hardware wallet
