Seats on Cathay Pacific aircraft were proved clean

In an SCMP check on how clean Cathay Pacific aircraft are following a reduction in cleaning, a passenger travelling to Singapore earlier in December wipes down the surfaces on his regional business class seat with a hot towel and finds the seat to be clean.
