Totally agreee about the Silmarillion it is unmatched in fantasy lore. Bane of Malekith is great! I've actually read all the books u mentioned. My personal favorites are the Sundering and War of Vengeance from the old world fantasy Omnibus. The Sundering is probably my second favorite fantasy book of all time

The skaven lend themselves brilliantly to writing, whether in their more humorous guise (william King), or much more sinister and grotesque as in CL Werners novel' Plague Wars'. Either way, I never tire of reading about them.

Also the legend of Sigmar is a good book for beginners and if you want a good intro to age of sigmar definitely read the end time books that ends the old world that basically gives birth to the mortal realms

Now many Warhammer books are being translated and published in my native language. But from the fb I bought only the first two omnibuses about Gotrek - аnd I'll buy 4 more when they release - so that in the future there would be a clear line of his history with the Age of Sigmar.

The sigmar novela’s have all been good in my opinion. I loved the gotrek audiodramas. I have been getting into the audiodramas because i just havent had the time or energy to read.
